SUNDAY NIGHT check-IN AND ENTRY PROCEDURES

Sunday Night programming is resuming and as a reminder, we’ve introduced a few procedures to help the evening run smoothly and safely for everyone.

ELEMENTARY
For parents of elementary kids: please enter through Door 3 and use the check-in system. You’ll need to pick up your security label at check-in to pick your child up afterward (just like we do on Sunday mornings), so please come in rather than drop off at the curb. We will cone off the back and west drive for the evening to make space for middle and high school activities, so parking near the back gym entrance won’t be available. Elementary parents can return through Door 3 to pick up their child by showing and matching up their security label.

STUDENTS
Middle and high school students are encouraged to park in the south lot and enter through Door 1. Check-in will be located at the top of the stairs to the Underground. The back and west drive will remain closed for the evening to provide space for games and programming. All students will leave and get picked up at Door 1, unless you’re a middle schooler who has a sibling at 252. In that case you will be picked up with your sibling at Door 3.

Members of our Protective Ministries team will be present throughout the evening to assist if needed.
