SEVERE WEATHER PLAN
As the winter season and the season of inclement weather is upon us, we want you to know what the plan is for Sunday services at MCC when snow and ice threaten the safety of travel.
If a Severe Weather Travel WARNING is issued for either Huntington or Wells Counties, ALL services, activities, and events will be cancelled for the day.
If a Severe Weather Travel WATCH or ADVISORY is issued for either Huntington or Wells Counties, cancellation will be determined by the leadership after an evaluation of road conditions as well as the church driveway, parking lot, and sidewalks.
Any cancellation will be determined no later than 5:00am on Sunday.
If Sunday Night programming will be impacted by inclement weather, a decision to change or cancel will be made by 4pm.
Notice of cancellation will be sent to all eNews subscribers via email, to all of our Text Alert subscribers and posted on our website and social media channels. Scheduled volunteers will be contacted directly by their respective ministry leaders.
