Its the most wonderful time of the year. The Christmas season is marked by special gatherings with friends and family and there's a magical atmosphere of generosity and goodwill that seems to fill the air. And part of the Christmas tradition is to give and receive gifts. But what good is a gift if its never unwrapped? During this season, as we gather to remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus--the greatest gift that was ever given--we want to consider some of the gifts Jesus offers us and whether they've been unwrapped or unopened. Because Christmas is a great time for rediscovering the gifts of Jesus. #UnwrappedMCC
WEEK 1: "THE GIFT OF FORGIVENESS"
Aaron McClary - December 3, 2017
One of the gifts we celebrate at Christmas is that, through Jesus, God offers us the gift of forgiveness. He offers it first, freely, and fully to all who put their faith and trust in Jesus.
"...you will prepare the way for the Lord. You will tell his people how to find salvation through forgiveness of their sins." Luke 1:76-77 (NLT)
