fall season of community groups is kicking off!
CommUNITY Groups for the Fall '17 season will meet once a week, for six weeks, beginning Sunday, October 8th. The purpose of our CommUNITY Groups is to—you guessed it—build community among the members of our church. We do this by gathering a small group of 10-15 individuals of varying ages and stages of life together to encourage one other through Bible reading, group discussion, and prayer. Joining a CommUNITY Group is one of the best ways you can connect at MCC so we hope you’ll jump on board this season!
Deoxyribonucleic acid. Ever heard of it? It may have been a few years since you took a genetics course in high school or college but deoxyribonucleic acid, commonly referred to as D.N.A, is a molecular structure in your body that contains all the information necessary to grow, build, and maintain the various internal components that your body requires to operate efficiently and effectively. Your D.N.A. also makes you unique--nobody on the planet has the same D.N.A. Likewise, every church has a unique genetic makeup. So, what makes MCC unique? What makes us look and act the way we do? Well, it all comes down to our VISION and MISSION as a church--and the unique people that carry it out. In this series we explore the stuff our church is made of. #MCCDNA
